SC EVL PPY SRL built the ColorBook: Coloring Book Maker app as a commercial offering. This service ("the App") is provided by SC EVL PPY SRL and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use
The App does not require you to create an account. We may collect certain information to operate the App, provide AI-generated coloring pages, process purchases, and improve stability and performance.
Information you provide
- Images and prompts: photos, images, or text you submit to generate coloring pages.
- Support requests: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
- Device information (model, OS version, language)
- App version and basic usage events (e.g., feature usage counts)
- Crash reports and diagnostics
- IP address (typically used for security, fraud prevention, and server communication)
The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you (for example, device identifiers) or provide analytics, payments, and infrastructure.
AI Processing and User Content
ColorBook generates coloring pages using AI processing that occurs on our servers. When you upload an image or submit an idea/prompt, your content is transmitted to our servers to create the result.
We use your uploaded content only to provide the requested generation and to maintain and improve the service (e.g., debugging failed generations). We do not sell your content.
Please do not upload sensitive personal content (e.g., IDs, financial information). You are responsible for having the rights to use and upload the content you submit.
In‑App Purchases
The App offers in‑app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Google may process purchase-related data in accordance with its own policies.
We may receive purchase confirmation and related metadata (such as the product purchased, time of purchase, and a purchase token) to deliver your purchase and provide customer support.
Log Data
In the event of an error in the App, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This may include:
- Device Internet Protocol ("IP") address
- Device name and model
- Operating system version
- App configuration and activity at the time of the error

We may retain generated outputs locally on your device and/or in your app storage, depending on how you choose to save/export.
If you contact support, we may retain the correspondence as needed to resolve your request and for recordkeeping.

We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
