For a better experience, while using the App, we may collect certain information automatically. The information we collect is used to provide and improve the service.
- Device information (model, operating system version, language, country/region)
- App usage (screens viewed, interactions, time spent in the App)
- Identifiers (such as Advertising ID on Android and similar identifiers on iOS)
- Crash & diagnostics (to detect and fix errors)
- Purchase info (product identifiers and purchase status for unlocking features)
2. Log Data
Whenever you use the App, in case of an error, we collect data and information (through third-party services) called Log Data. This may include your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics. This information is used to improve stability and performance.

Soul Reader uses third-party services to provide analytics, crash reporting, and advertising attribution/optimization. These providers may collect certain information as described in their own privacy policies.

- Meta (Facebook) SDK (attribution & campaign optimization)
4. Advertising & Analytics
We use analytics and attribution tools to understand how users interact with the App and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising identifiers may be used for attribution of installs and in-app events, campaign optimization, and aggregated analytics.
5. In-App Purchases
Soul Reader offers in-app purchases. Transactions are handled by:
- Google Play Billing (Android)
- Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
We receive confirmation of purchase and product identifiers in order to unlock features and provide support. We do not store or process payment card details.
6. Data Retention
We retain collected data only for as long as necessary to provide and improve the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Soul Reader is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will promptly remove such information.
