This Privacy Policy describes how EVL PPY SRL ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the mobile application Comic Book Studio ("App").

3. AI Processing

Your prompts and uploaded content may be processed by artificial intelligence systems to generate outputs. This processing is necessary for the core functionality of the App.

The App uses third-party services, including:

• Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, backend)
• Google services (analytics, infrastructure)
• Meta services (analytics, advertising)

These providers may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Advertising & Tracking

We may use advertising and analytics services that collect information to provide personalized ads and measure performance.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain security, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

After account deletion, we may retain a minimal technical record, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the limited purpose of preventing fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of free trials or promotional offers, or other violations of our Terms. We will not use this retained record for unrelated purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing contact@evlppy.com with your User ID, which can be found in the App's Settings. We will respond to deletion requests without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of receiving your request, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law, including for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
